Ján Kendera Presne pred 400 rokmi (21.06.1561) sa na Staromestskom námestí v Prahe uskutočnila krutá poprava 27 pánov. Išlo o pomstu úradu cisára Svätej Rímskej Ríše z rodu Habsburgovcov, za organizovanú vzburu Čechov, ktorá skončila neúspešnou bitkou pri Bielej Hore v novembri 1620.   Ján Kendera Druhého novembra 2019 som bol v Prahe na koncerte „Generace 89“. Netušil som, že pôjde o pripomenutie si 30 rokov zabudnutého Festivalu československej kultúry v poľskom Vroclave, ktorý Václav Havel nazval spúšťačom Nežnej revolúcie. Na koncerte vystúpili hudobníci z Poľska, Česka a Slovenska. Mňa ale najviac zaujali exponáty

Dnes sa z Visegrad Coetus vydáme do kulinárskych zákutí maďarských príchutí. Poznajme tradičný maďarský langoš! Langoše to sú maďarské vyprážané placky z kysnutého cesta, ktoré sa často podávajú s cesnakovým sirupom alebo cesnakovým maslom, kyslou smotanou a strúhaným žltým syrom. Slovo langoš pochádza z maďarského slova láng, ktoré znamená plameň.
